Missing ZEN

I'm not sure if this is where I should be posting this but I have been having problems with earning Zen, I have completed multipal surveys and even downloaded megacloud to receive Zen through Peanut Lab but it isn't appearing in my wallet, I should have about 280 Zen but I only have 19. I completed everything that it asked and went right up to the last page that said thank you for participating but still nothing. So I was just wondering if anybody else was having a similar problem and if there is a way to fix it.
