337 influences, but you can see it in game, just talk to the npc, check the book that say how many influences you need, it's 338 influences for verdant blessing. (You need also 3500 prestige)

The others orders the skills are 675 influences (but still 3500 prestige), i think they make the Luminance cost less influences since we have 2 ''big'' skills book from there.

I don't remember the name of the npc, but when you go at your order place (Luminance) there's 2 npc on the left, speak to the one a bit on the back take the option Luminance advanced supply, than click on tier 2, put the arrow on the book and you will see the info.

Both npc have other items, just click on the tier 1-5 of easch npc to see what you can get, if the items are red in the tier it's cause you don't have yet the amount of prestige needed to get it.
