DXP off?

Seems to be DXP is off now? Reports are coming in that frost has dropped dramatically since patch, and NV/HH drops are horrendous compared to last week. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Best I can say is find a white name mob. Look it up in the encyclopedia to see how much exp it gives. Kill it. If it gives you double that exp, then 2x is still going.

    Still getting more than 1 chest to open per boss kill in Nirvana? Knowing that information alone Fuzzy is sure will give the answer you seek.

    Also, a quick glance at the server selection options before logging into the game will also reveal the answer.
