Requesting help with Devine Orders, please.

I have the "Devine Order of Light", and was doing the level 30-50 quests, but leveled past it to 59 doing other quests and mat farming. Now it says I need a new token for level 51+ quests, but I never got the quest to get the item I need to exchange for the new token, and the NPC won't give me any new quests because I've outleveled it. Is there a step I'm missing, or is this a fault in the game? Thanks for any advice you can give. b:thanks

    The new token is a reward from BH, so you need to do BH to continue doing the divine order quests

    At 51+ you get you divine orders from doing BH.

    Please note that the BH1 quest reward is a timed item. You have two hours after you receive it to get your daily Divine quests from the NPC.
