Yellow stats on armor

Hi all, i've looked everywhere trying to find the answer for this. Can someone tell me what a yellow stat on gear is? I just bought a ring that has an extra 10 physical attack (yellow stat below all the other stats), but other rings like it in AH don't have that stat. How do I get yellow stats on armor?     That's the ENGRAVING it has. You can engrave rings, but you can't engrave anything else. You can engrave a ring in the forges by the faction base npc near the Elder in Archosaur.

    No you engrave a ring at the jewlercraftsmen

    Or at the forges (advanced engraving). Thank you, though. I had completely forgotten about engraving at Jewelcraftsman.
