Sleepy right now, but isn't one a quick farming skill, the other is an order skill that requires to unlock 3.5k prestige? Or is one of those the AEU version of the skill?

Order skill = join that order, get 3.5k prestige and 650 influence i believe, and get the book.

    if

AEU = Do AEU runs, and hop you get the book you want, or someone in squad will trade it to you for something.

It is indeed an AEU skillbook drop. And you must have Sword Cyclone learned first before you can learn the other.

Yes, Sword Cyclone becomes Blade Tornado when you find the advanced AEU book and learn it. Blade Tornado completely replaces Sword Cyclone when you do.

Also need level 100, 5m SP and 5m Coin.

The damage is still pitiful (at least at this time...wait till the Balance patch), but the added slow effect is nice.

I've done 50+ AEUs. Ive gotten two crappy common books (Seeker, Sin), and a lot (At least 50%) of detection potions. Eventually I said to hell with it and bought the two skills. Nobody is ever willing to trade unless its a book of equal value. My server Blade Tornado has been 20-25m, and Blade Hurl 50m+ (Even tho its a suck skill atm).

Lol, the earlier you get the skill the more you pay because it "speshal."

The point of Blade Tornado is against invoked barbs or plume shelled cleric as Blade Tornado cuts right through them with no reduction. It can also be used as an anti stun.

The one thing I strongly dislike about Blade Tornado is that it requires you have 3 active sparks to even cast. That is almost never for TW for me, because I'm constantly using chi for anti-stun and stun + HF.

Unless they change the 3 spark cost with a 2 spark regen to just a flat 1 spark cost, I can't justify using it because I'd have other priority targets to focus on with my chi.

If you wanna try your luck, you can buy AEU chests instead of going AEU (but the chances suck -.-)

And I haven't reached Blade Cyclone yet, but Sword cyclone recharges 2 sparks instantly after it's finished, so you can chain it with HF/GS/MSS.

Plus the immunity to movement debuffs/stuns is useful, and I learned that if you use cloud sprint before cyclone you get a full speed cyclone
Chaos is an ally not something to avoid...After all, how can your foes stand up to you if they have no idea what your next move will be?

Gear and weapons may make strong opponents but even a strong foe can be felled by the right tactics...

I use cloudsprint right before it and use it as anti-stun mostly and combo HF after it, depending.
Not a lot ppl know about the cloudsprint thing for Cyclone.

For me it is a rare, rare use in TW. I'll hit 3.4 sparks, and Will might be in CD, or there is a bunch of dummies in the tunnel, and Ive already got another BM charging the tunnel to stun and HF.

I comboed this with two BMs the other night grabbing front base control - I Cycloned, one ran in and stunned and HFed, I ended & HFed, and another BM came in and stunned/HFed. I think we killed like ~25 people in about 15ish seconds. Dunno why people group up in front of the tunnel or in the tunnel sometimes...

It's also nice if Will or HF is in CD, and lead is like "fomgfomgfomgfomgpushpush", and I can hit a spark pot, charge the lane/tunnel/base, and at the end lay down an HF or Stun+HF (and most likely die, but hey).

It's weird, rare situations really. I'd say "Rare" as opposed to "Almost never". On average, with 30 min TWs, Id say I use it once a TW. In the longer 1-3 hour ones, maybe 2-3 times. It's kinda a "When no other better options are available" or "Theres 5 other BMs right next to me" choice.

That is the sole reason why i tw. People buffing up in narrow spaces, allowing me to hf, aoe and kill squads b:dirty. Glad to see this happening across sanctuary and heaven's tear b:victory. I am guessing other servers also have this issue? People buffing in the tunnels, or just at the start/exit, all bunched up real close.

I'll search them out, thanks (extends study break time from 3 minutes to 20 minutes b:avoid. Most often people speed up their videos and i have no clue what they are pressing. I appreciate the real time videos though, helps me see, learn.
