Do our lvl 59 moves stack?

I could do a trial and error, but I'm at work and I want a direct answer before I get back so I know what to look for.
Question is plain and simple: Will the effects of moves like Myriad Sword Stance and Glacial Spike stack with eachother? They both have completely different debuffs, as followed (Demon anyway)
○Myriad Sword Stance
Range 10 meters
Mana 305.0
Channel 0.2 seconds
Cast 3.0 seconds
Cooldown 30.0 seconds
Weapon Blade or Sword
Requisite Cultivation Master of Discord
Turn one's vigor into an immense sword to strike down the enemy
and all enemies within 12.0 meters of the target. Adds
200% weapon physical damage your base physical damage
plus 8820.0. Reduces enemy physical and magical attack by
50% for 15 seconds. Has a chance to stun all enemies for 3 seconds.
Requires two Sparks
○Glacial Spike
Range Melee
Mana 305.0
Channel 0.3 seconds
Cast 1.8 seconds
Cooldown 30.0 seconds
Weapon Poleblade, Pike, or Club
Requisite Cultivation Master of Discord
Strike the ground with all your energy forming glacial
spikes in a 12 meter radius around you dealing base physical damage plus 100% of weapon
damage plus 8504.0. Damages all enemies in the
area and weakens them, reducing their Physical Defense and
Magical Defense by 50% for 10 seconds. Has a
chance to make all attacks critical hits for the next 5 seconds.
Requires two Sparks to cast.
To me it sounds like a bit of a God combo, and may be a cheap alternative to dishing out 90mil for Demon Heavens Flame.
Because after all, weakening magic and physical attack AND defense by half on top of a chance of hitting all crits plus a 200% damage bonus for the squad sounds like a very rough 5 seconds for any mob or boss.
I'm being led to believe that they don't stack because neither of them (demon) seem to be popular items, but maybe it's because they're easier to obtain or because a lot of people don't understand that they are also useful moves. Any insight would be much appreciated, thanks!

Yes, they stack.
Glacial Spike debuffs defenses by 50%, which increases damage by around 28-30% depending on the boss.
MSS weakens their attacks, but doesn't affect the damage you do to them. If the tank survives just fine without MSS why bother using it?
HF doubles the damage you do to them. Combine GS and HF and you'll be doing about 260% damage.
But Venos, Cleric, Barbs, Mystics, pets, and genies all have physical defense debuffs so odds are one of them will cover that and you don't need to use 2 sparks. You can discuss it with the squad you have at the time on whether you need more raw dd or more debuffing.Seven 100+ characters leveled the hard way. Free to play. Mystic, Psychic, and Wizard left to level. b:victory0 -

They stack, but the crit bonus is not shared, so it's 50% chance to have 95% crit for 5 seconds which is the crit cap in the game. Glacial spike is not 200% damage bonus, it reduces enemy defense, which is more like closer to 25% more damage, it's not linear. HF doubles damage, GC reduces defenses. Defense reduction and increased damage are mutually exclusive (Amps / Decreased defense).
It is not a good alternative, it costs 4 sparks and is in fact a horrible alternative because devour / cleric debuffs override glacial spike, whereas HF is it's own unique amp that doesn't get overrode unless it's by another HF, BV, or etc.BM PvP Guide: pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1320761

Demon HF is better in every way. A better combo would be Demon GS then Demon HF for maximum debuff. If you have a barb or a veno in the squad then you can skip the GS, the added crit is nice but its not 100%. Swords are a very conditional use weapon so not many people level sword skills. Don't want to pay 90 mil for Demon HF? Then go to CoA and save up your pages. Do the cube daily, and with some luck you will get it. With Demon HF you will get into any squad you want, even if you fail as a bm (not saying that you do, just pointing that people care more about that skill then the gear or skill of the player).0

In summation:
MSS:
Its because MSS sucks in nearly every situation possible.
-It's not useful unless there is 3 other BMs there who already have the mob perma HFed (and GSed if no Cleric/Veno/Barb/Mystic), then sure, why not if you have the chi to waste on NOTHING ELSE AT ALL.
Mobs already do pitiful damage. If you need to use this someone is doing something wrong or is undergeared for the situation.
GS:
Its because GS sucks compared to HF + Triple Spark.
Its because there are clerics, venos, mystics, and barbs who have similar debuffs, and on the physical side, debuffs just as strong in some cases.
-This is a great debuff to use in Nirvana (Especially with no cleric, barb, veno, or mystic to overwrite it) on bosses you cannot HF. The 5 second autocrit is actually a really nice bonus as well when it fires...which about 25% of the time for me personally.
The reason you do not see these in use much is because: Except trials, most fights don't last long enough past 1-2 HFs so there is no need to rotate these in.pwcalc.com/bb6fc16982637a5c / pwcalc.com/28948ee5778526f50 -
All the skills stack.
HF can amplify the effects of GS and MSS.
MSS and GS can destroy a mob/bosses ability to attack effectively.
GS can add an extra potency to HF
GS is weaker then HF true, but the debuffs last longer. Coupled with HF it could reach almost 200% bonus damage.
MSS is extremely useful on mages and mage based AOEs (like rank/pole/nob) and weakens attacks which could help the healer if they're having a hard time.
Demon/Sage might effect this, but there is an advantage to them allChaos is an ally not something to avoid...After all, how can your foes stand up to you if they have no idea what your next move will be?
Gear and weapons may make strong opponents but even a strong foe can be felled by the right tactics...0
