Broken Cultivation Quests

=\ Okay, so my partner's been playing a char he hasn't been on in a while, where he had a half finished culti quest for the 39 culti. You know, the annoying part where you had to kill 40 pterasaurs? Well they shortened it to 10, and now he can't turn it in because he has 13/10 kills.

More importantly, Culti Quests cannot be trashed. He's rather upset about this and refuses to trash the char and start over, because of untradeable items and his anni rewards, which he sent to it.

I'm at a loss at what to do besides console him and tell him I'll fix it...somehow. Wat do? b:surrender

Edit: b:chuckle I told him to go kill a mob and see if that fixed it, it seemed it did. He's ecstatic.
