Waya on Sanctuary Server L 87 veno

Can anyone tell me about the Moira skills please? I have heard about them but i never see them in cat shops for the veno. I see tons of cleric, Archers, sin, bm, ect.. but not the veno? if there a web site or another thread where i can view these skills ..for just the veno or for all classes?
