BH's & FB's

ok i'm not really NEW to this game as i've play off and on for quite some time
but, it been awhile so if someone could make me/point me to a guide that has all the BH's FB's listed that'd be great
to be more clear i need it to contain the following:

Boss Name
Level you do it at

I.E. what would be BH59? or FB 51? (those are examples btw)
i ask this cause i've picked up pwi again and wanna continue my Psy's spirit culti quest
BUT my level 80 sin isn't quite strong enough to solo any boss. well save qingzi but that's cause he's a pushover :P
i just hate looking like a noob and would prefer to avoid it if at all possible XD
ANYWAYS any info would be greatly appreciated :D
