Zen didn't landed on my accounts wallet!

I just charged 1000 zen with a paysafe card and usually never had any issues with paysafe on pwi. Anyhow the charged zen don't show up in my wallet. -.-
I tried to charge again with the same code from my paysafe card but I get the error;
"There is not enough credit on your cards to pay for the outstanding amount. Please use additional paysafecards to carry out the transaction."

I tried to relog and waited for like 2 hours now and nothing in my wallet, yet.
