GMs are lazy or do not want answer my tickets ??!!!

I made this thread to complain about GMs, who are not answering or supporting me.
I had and have a problem with my acount which is about my acount's email adress. About 1 year ago my Email got ****, and until now i couldnt take that back. My acount password is ok and im using it for long time, but now I cant change my email, because first need to confirm changing email on my old email, which is **** and i LOST that. I made 3 Ticket, and for each ticket i did wait like 3 month to get answer but pwi didnt replay.
I need Help with this Damn Problem and Please one GM contact me.....
