Weird image on my screen

Whenever my character is moving this image which is like red, green and blue comes out, I don't know what it is can someone help?

    Would be best to take a screenshot when it comes up, It would really help due to im not quite sure wat your talking about.

    it sounds like a graphics bug i get occasionally. verifying will usually remove it if that is in fact what is happening. for some reason this game doesnt manage files properly. im not an expert but 3 days after i update i verify and it spends 5-10 minutes updating old files tells me theres something wrong.

    i actually had to remove this game off of my solid state drive bc i needed to defrag it every week. and yes i know you dont need to defrag an ssd. but if i didnt the quality of the gamed dropped massively, from graphics bugs to bug report crashes. i can only suggest to everyone, VERIFY OFTEN.
    I tried to add a signature here thats not even as big as some. but it kept resizing to make it illegible, so **** it
