Whats Sanctuary like?

Im looking for a new server to play on.
My current server, 70% of the players are R9 geared, who do nothing but spend real money and buy items from the boutique 24/7.
PVP is also dead, since everyone is R9, no one comes out to fight anymore.
I told my friend I'm thinking of leaving this server, and he recommended Sanctuary.
Whats Sanctuary like? Same as Lost City? Or better?

    Our PvP is very good and competitive, we do have a lot of R9s of course, but we do PK a lot, just join the right faction and youll be right on track

    Sanctuary is like the others servers in 1 way: the whole game seems to lack some kind of new players coming... but on itself its a nice Server, not everyone's helpful, tho on no server everyone is helpful as far as i know.... but just come and enjoy the game :) and yes the pk is good

    I would definitely consider coming to Sanc if I were you they have some great Pk and seems like an active server compared to others.

    Far less full r9 josd sins then LC.

    overall prob less ppl in pk but if you like group pk just join one of the bigger facs, still happens.

    ppl here (who pk alot) are actually not dumb for the most part. gears actually make sense (lol sry ino not to judge whole server but wen i went to RT ic bms w/ like 2x g16 vana 2luanr nv 2x tt nv and r8r gof axes and im like wtf is this sh*t?), player ability is ok+. if some1 greatly out gears you there is ~70% chance that they will actually not just repeatedly kill b/c they can (ofc we have some players like that) but atleast they wont say you suck cause you keep dieing given a massive gear diff (they will say you suck if you do something like p marrow vs mag etc :D)

    majority of our pkers will accpet if you ask for a 1v1, though a few will b ******* and get full buffs vs none and think they are good if they win (given somewhat equal gears). some ppl think they are pkers but never do anything besides tw or group vs group. b:chuckle

    decent amount of nonsensical wc like you're a loser b/c you suck or you're from faction x therefore you are z, same as all servers... alot of ppl quit recently. if you're looking for pk 24/7 prob not good idea but if you're willing to wait/play at the right hours would be fine.

    we also record alot, idk prob same as all server, for most part recordings are pretty unbiased.
