can move prize into another chart in same acc?

Hio Guys, I claim my prize package anniversary, but mistakenly I claim with the main character, is there any way to move my prize package anniversary to main character?

    You will need to submit a ticket about it to try and hope they will change it.

    Yea, try to send a ticket to them.
    Otherwise, you can transfer them, except the gift box and the red snake mount, to your other character via Account Stash if you have unlocked your Account Stash using the item from the cash shop.
