Question about missing items and support

My main has been carrying around 62 Cube of Fate Directorate Letters in her main bag. Now they are gone, and I cannot find them anywhere. I've searched all my alts on the chance that maybe I traded them to one of them. None of them have them. Based on my screenshots, the last time I can verify them being in my bag was on the 9th, and by the 11th they were missing. I have no screenshots showing the contents of my bag for the 10th.

I am completely baffled as to where they've gone.

The other night I was dozing off while I was grinding, and my husband has suggested that perhaps I NPC'd them on accident. That is possible, but I don't think it's likely, since I would have had to actually be awake to move them over to the NPC sell box and then click the sell button.

Account compromise isn't really a possibility. I have never given anyone my login information, and I pretty much maintain a consistent connection (even if just at the character selection screen when I'm trying to get rid of exhaustion). I've never been booted. And if someone else had somehow managed to get onto my account, why just take those letters, and not my coins/other stuff in my bag?

My question is: Is this something support could help me with? Even if it was something stupid like me NPCing them, or sleepily trading them to someone I thought was my alt but wasn't (unlikely, but I'd guess it's possible). I don't care much if they can get them back to me, I'd just like to know what happened to them, and that they didn't just disappear.

So is this something they could actually help me with? Or would they just tell me to make a thread on the forums about it? (And in the case of the latter, here's my thread b:sweat).

I would say submit a ticket about it for best results.

I had some issues when I first log in tonight, and now I'm missing my macro for bosses, I'm pretty sure I didn't npced it!!! b:chuckle

One time that happen to me i npced my wines for BH, i wasn't paying attention and had many thing to npc. I didn't send ticket cause was only 2, but yea that happen. xD

When I accidentally NPCed some TT mats thinking they were DQs, I submitted a ticket and they sent me the mats back. Amusingly enough, I hadn't even asked for the mats back in the ticket, but rather was just raging about how so many things share an icon. XD But yeah, I would recommend submitting a ticket - it never hurts to try. They should be able to tell if the items have been NPCed.

Thats a legitimate complaint. If things appear visually identical its a flaw in the system. If PWE skimps out on the icons they should be expected to cover the guaranteed mistakes that will happen.

Hopefully this does not get me in trouble lol...but on the off chance that you had the items walk away you would need to write a ticket to support, personally I have had a similar situation an they did rectify the issue...mine was fashion lol, I believe it was a reset of some sort?!...hope this helpsb:victory
