i finally sat on my butt and made a few possible plans to where i go with my wiz wiz
i have this weird mix of refined VERY VERY old gear


now i want my gear to make sense and finally grab some set bonuses.

this is a bit strange. i like the idea of all those bonuses
and the magic attack is tons higher than the other builds
but then i noticed the failerous pdef. idk.... i dont want that
especially the cost seems higher





i really tend towards number 2...
or i do number 1 and stay g15 nirvana for the 5 attack lvl aand 3% chan >.>

well.. what do you say?

-and no. going back to 5 aps build is no option

-aaand no i dont have the coin for everything right now
only for the weapon refine and maybe 1 unrefined rank9 part

kind of pricey, but its a little more geared then what i am(i ahve r9 belt/weap+12). Would be very very hard to kill in tw, and i do alright with 10.3k hp 10k self buffed pdef and 26def lvl in open pvp.

I honestly wonder if the p.def difference between that set up and a full S3 NV set up is worth it.
If I'm not mistaken if you replace all the R9 and the helm/cape for the full S3 NV set with that particular neck/belt you sit at around 8k self buffed as a demon wiz and 12k with level 10 bell and level 10 cleric buffs.
It would be higher for the R9 set up but with the same shards you have more HP, more magic and 5 more defense levels, ~4k more m.def and 20 more attack levels.
Is the p.def difference that significant to give up 5 def, 20 attack levels, 4k mdef and 30-50 magic points for?

i have 15.5k pdef full buffed and r9 archers still hit me for ~1-2k.

wizards shouldnt really go tier 3 nirvana, the helm and cape are awful compared to 2nd cast. 400 pdef and 2% crit is a pretty big difference. i haven't really looked at the rest of the 3rd tier gear for a wizard, but if you already have the rep and the ring for r9 the gear is pretty cheap after that. warsong belt for crit/pdef. and leave the cape helm the same because he already has them.

I currently have the -12 sleeves -9 ring -9 belt and could feasibly buy a -12 neck and another -9 ring. I could also steal, er i mean borrow a -12 ring from a friend, which is why I used those values if you suck PWE ****, er I mean craft a -18 ur all set already b:victory

There's also PDEF -6 Neck and PDEF -6 belt though neither are currently obtainable
