Need help asap

Kay i dont if this is the right spot for posting this but anyway.
Two days ago ive reserved my anni stuff and it should be available now but my laptop had a problem and i really cant log in right now.So my question is...does the anni stuff come via mailbox? If so it does expire in two days, doesnt it?

    All rewards are received in the mailbox. Any items sent via Mail do not expire. The only time that mail expires are letters without items attached and any mail you took the item out and haven't deleted the mail yet.

    Nothing to worry about, your rewards will all be there. :)
