Character Stuck

My alt is stuck in-game and can't move away from an NPC. I've re-logged him numerous times to no avail; as well, town portal isn't working either so he literally can not move from that location.
I have submitted numerous GM requests and have yet to receive a response.

    It takes about 5 business days to get a response on a ticket when it isn't Anniversary time. Right now it's probably 7-10 days because they get so backed up with requests.

    Try holding down the "W" key after you've selected your character while the loading screen is up. This may move your toon out of the troubled location before your PC loads the textures that he's stuck in.
    Alternatively, you could try having a buddy use a squad signet to see if that pull you out.

    If that doesn't work, You will just have to be patient waiting for the Support Team to reach where your ticket is in the pile. (Opening a new ticket moves you back to the bottom of the stack.)
