Pwi Anniversary event....need, across a server, to turn in 2012 bags of candy to an npc in order to get prizes unknown.

Midnight comes and I feel like Cinderella...the magic is gone. I don't know about other servers, but here on Harshlands, we got the system message for 500 bags only....in 4 hours (pathetic, I know. Not many people were doing the event....nirvana is more important I suppose, but w.e....)

Midnight is here, and some of us are still going strong, determined that 4 hours of work does not go to waste when suddenly..........

All related NPCs...gone.

    4 Hours of doing this event for nothing, because PWI didn't alllow the completion of the quest? Harshlands needs reparations.

    This was a difficult, but mildly fun event.

    On HL didn't get it done, people waste 4 hours doing a anniversary event for NOTHING!!!

    I think the same event will happen again. You don't get anything out of the envelopes until 2012 candies is fed to the beast anyway. We didn't even get 4 hours and we finished.

    I wasted approximately 10 minutes, realised this mamma npc wasn't anywhere to be found and promptly prepared for 2x C.O.A. ;))))))))) .... But i really was looking foward to enjoying this new event :( ....

    Sanctuary finished in around three-ish hours. I personally stopped after like 15 minutes though.

    Lucky me i didn't wasted 4 hours there, i did one before COA than i want to COA, i did 2-3 times after, a sin tried to pk me and failed so i kill her to defend myself and she told me i was a b****, you know HL story, than i want in caster for the rest of the night, but i know there's people was there all the time.

    Archosaur finished in about 4 hours and the reward NPC spawned 3 minutes before maintenance so not everyone got to turn in their envelopes. :(

    Actually I maintain the shining light of our harshlands community. I made sure all people in my vacinity had "all" protections enabled to ensure maximum enjoyment of the event for all. I enjoy new content .. just not when it is untested and buggy :/ ...

    We will be having an emergency maintenance later tonight on 9/12/2012 @ 11pm PDT in order to bring back the missing NPCs. Unfortunately this will impact the Sweet Remembrance event which we will push back to a later date. However, it is still scheduled to run prior to the maintenance so you can still check it out while you can.

    They did say though. I guess they tought we'll finish before maint. Looks like missing NPCs and this event can't exist together at the same time?

    HL don't know how to work together, for them every event is a pk fest, they go pk everything they see, they don't care if people cannot complete event, the pk everything.

    How HL think:

    ''Monday= Yay pk event!!!

    Wednesday=Awww no pk event QQ!!!
    Thursday=Yay pk event we don't go at the event, but we wait people to pk them when they get tele out!!!!
