Channeling Cap

I'll be short,is the channeling cap -99% or -90%?I knew it was -99% but i heard if you use eye of observation on a sutra'd wizzy it says -90% and town portal still takes 1 second,i also know that if you go past 99% it goes back to 90% but what if u stay between 90 and 99?

    Up to 99 is fine, go up to 100 and you're slapped down to 90.

    The only logical thing i can think of at the moment then is that wizzy sutra does give -100% channeling as it's written on the skill,thus reducing it to -90% automatically am i right?b:laugh

    Edit:Or maybe the eye of observation statement is wrong.

    I read your post carefully, and after some considerable thought I'd say a good channeling cap is Warsoul of Heaven, relatively cheap to get nowadays and also protects you against physical damage.

    I don't think any other channeling cap compares.

    Think they were referring to 'cap' as in 'limit', not 'cap' the garment.

    there was a thread on this a while back, cause when you went over 100% you got drop to like 75% channel. and people were annoyed that APS only got reset to 5.0, instead of going to 4.0 for example.

    A few week later they made the reset to 90%

    But if you can get the gear, you can have 99%.

    There's also the zooming powder that gives 0 channel time for 5 sec :3
