DCing a lot?

So, I installed PWI on my mother's laptop because mine is not working. This one is a lot faster than mine, but I DC every ~15 minutes. I did make an exception on the firewall and tried changing the connection from wireless to cable, but the problem is still there...

Does anyone know why is this happening?
