Questions about PvP Drops

So during the Arch invasion event I've acquired a good amount of DQ items not to mention the ones I already had in my inventory before the event started.

However during the event a red named Sin popped out of Stealth and pked me, I thought: "No big deal. Broken class, and this sort of thing happens all the time." Until...I saw that I had dropped every...single...DQ...item that I had. @_@

Here's where things are confusing for me:

-I was white named.

-Also, I had just come back to PW like 2-3 weeks ago but before when I played it seemed the max number that anyone could drop from a stack of anything was 20. but I dropped well over that on a number of items, therefore losing my entire profit that I had made.

Sadly he left after that and when I searched the other areas to hunt him down and found him, he stealthed and escaped.

So my questions are:

1. Is there a max number on how many of an item can drop?
2. Is it common to drop every single DQ item even when white named?

After the morai update, sins got a skill that can cause the target to drop dq items. b:surrender They also have a skill to peek in people's inventories. So yeah, mostly likely the sin saw that you have a lot of dq items and pk'd you.

Although I have 1 final question:

-Could that skill be "countered" by using the safety lock or does the skill bypass it? b:question b:shocked

While I'm not 100% sure, I believe safetylock and guardian scrolls do block the skills effect yes.
