added 20% crit to weapon for sage quickshot

imagine a bunch of those in tw **** that **** they will **** everything!

The weapon has 30% crit (20% because of QS as you said), but you can't get over 6% on a R9 weapon, why did you set 30%? o.o

Sadly I couldn't include other buffs like crit damage / 50% pattack from tidal wafer etc.
