    I actually liked the first hunger games, but I've never read the books. I've been told it was bad because it's more sanitized than the book. But I mean they aren't going to show a 7 year old being murdered with the same type of descriptive detail as the book either. They are after all still trying to keep it young adult. Still overall most people I know found it decent, if not the best movie.

    I've read all 3 Venus, they are not that "violent." I didn't like the end to the second book and the last book though.

    The first movie was pretty good, I kinda want to see the second one lol.

    Everyone that has read the book tells me they area more violent than the movies. And that the bad guys are even more evil and such. :3 Sanitized is the word I've heard thrown around a lot in movie review websites as well. But I guess it isn't that much more violent? Is there any examples you can give? o.o

    Well, I mean it "is" sort of more "violent" but it's more or less war violence. The Hunger Games themselves are slightly graphic, but if I had to give an age limit if it was turned word for word into a movie, around 16-18 at least.

    why are all of the animals in cages? I just wonder in and birdies are in cages and forum kitties are being imprisoned for raising paws...
