    6064 I had sushi 3 days this week. Once with friends, once with my bf, and once because I was outside a sushi place and needed to kill half an hour :X

    sushi for everyone! f:victory I love sushi so much :3 I am not actually positive I could ever get tired of it.
    Did you have a good time with your bf Circe? My husband takes me to sushi places for nice occasions semi frequently and I always seem to enjoy myself. Good and relaxed atmosphere :)

    Yeah :) If I didn't have fun with him that would be a kind of stupid relationship to continue xD He makes fun of my sushi addiction though :(

    Yeah we had fun, except I neglected to bring a jacket and got very cold walking around NYC in a T-shirt and flip flops when it was 45 degrees and we got frozen yogurt...

    It's expensive, and mercury poisoning is bad so you should avoid having bigger fish too frequently.

    Sorry you got cold! I get cold frequently and I really dislike it.
    Also I doubt I will get poisoned from too much of any kind of food XD three pieces of sushi or so at a time fills me up. :p

    I'm normally fine, it's when I think I'm gonna be getting back at like 5 cause we were just going for lunch and to walk around a little and actually get back at like 10:30 when it's been dark for 2 or 3 hours that it's a problem.

    Ah yeah then you're probably fine. XD

    I have like 20ish pieces at a time... plus an appetizer... and a main course... I don't know how I'm as skinny as I am, by rights I should be a ****.

    Boys get the really fast metabolism that is unfair! QQ but even then I do not eat much. I think last time I went I ate a lot for me personally by having 4 pieces and half of a small soup XD
    What did you do that took much longer than expected? Shopping? Shopping always takes me much longer than I plan on.

    I can eat about a roll of sushi. So one order. :3 On the sushi buffet place though I pigged out and had like 2 rolls worth. o.o I didn't eat anything else all day though. xD

    O.O so much sushi at once... My husband had that much from time to time but mostly he sticks to rice and an order... Plus whatever I do not manage to finish. Which he counts on at this point XD

    Hey when you go from a place that costs like 15 dollars for 6 pieces to only like 3 bucks more for all you can eat, you dun just eat 6 pieces.b:chuckle You try like one piece of a ton of a different types! b:laugh And you don't eat any rice or soup, those fillers will make you unable to try the other types of sushi. v.v

    Yeah when we went to the all you can eat sushi place I didn't eat all day. I think I tried 15ish different rolls and 4 or five types of sushi. They kept bringing us sticky rice that didn't get touched.
    And I know a really cheep sushi place in the village (part of nyc) that's half off sushi if you order more than 16 bucks worth so for 3 rolls you can pay like 10 bucks. Also, drinks are half off after 10pm... my friends and I have got more than a little tipsy there once or twice.

    It's okay, I'm 21 but my friends who I usually go with aren't... not that I'd recommend underaged drinking because that would be against forum rules... just saying... I know a place in NYC that doesn't card... and has sushi... and sake mixed drinks that are 3 dollars

    To be honest I am still not very familiar with American pricing in correlation to food and such. Or anything really. But especially food.

    and I will be 21 soon enough (9 months) anyway. So I think I can wait. :P My husband is 21 though and sometimes orders while I am there and I kind of hate him for it a little each time -.-
