If people are apsing you while you have bestial rage up, find better pking partners because yours are no good. When a barb bestials the opponent should be dropping bombs using skills so they don't give the barb chi and keep him suppressed.

If you are talking about doing pulls and getting chi, a claw barb will do the same with tiger form and axes equiped. Just probably have more damage output due to more damage oriented statting. I also like that I can burn chi every second of a pull and still reliably get 2 sparks by apsing the last mob or two without needing to conserve chi when the mobs are mostly dead. This helps me keep aggro till everything is dead. Delta is a good example of always needing 2 sparks and always wanting to keep aggro so you have to balance sunder/arma use with chi conservation, but claw barbs are free of that problem.
