White Tiger Scroll quest

oki I can't complete this quest and need help to confirm PWI has left another incomplete chain quest again. Plz if you have any info on how to complete this reply to my post. This also apply to any GM who would happen to read this.....which i doubt you guys ever do b:sad

the quest goal is to gather seven different book that took me ages to get Demonol Document from the seven different constallation that lead me to kill 7 different boss in Abbadon;


Those books rewarded me with a tiger scroll for each boss:

The database said i need to go talk to Nibu Ru, Demon Overlord - "Momaganon" 332 464(26) and select one of the 4 different quest;

With each quest you choose you get one of or 3 different rewards randomly not to sure cuz the way it is written is vague, but the different rewards are 1 weapon, 1 armor pieces and 1 ornament,

I have all the White Tiger Scroll from which i killed all seven boss in Abbadon dungeon and the NPC Nibu Ru, Demon Overlord has no quest for me and there is no information any where has to what or where else i would need to go to get my rewards.
