I Have reached level 40 but didn't recieved Goshiki quest.

Hi, as i sad on the title i have reached level 40 but didn't recieved my Goshiki quest, the strange monument, i have alredy talk to the humans, earthguard and tideborn elders, i'm a seeker, can someone help me please?

    I'm not 100% sure, but i think you can do it at lvl50 or 51+.

    the goshiki quest pop-up did not appear on my alts when they reached lv40 but the quest SHOULD appear at your race's elder and appear normaly. the initial quest is called something like "Mysterious Monument" that gives you a free teleport scroll to DWP.

    if you dont get anything even when going to your elder then try hitting lv41 and seeing if the elder has the quest.

    maybe because you level-up inside dungeon or cube or w/e beside on world map?
    This happens to me before when I level to 59 inside dungeon, no spiritual culti pop-up appeared and I was like "now I'm doomed b:cry"
    but fortunately the pop-up appeared when I leave dungeon b:cute
