So I just noticed you can buy badges to increase the rate you get influence and prestige.....Is there a better order to buy the badges?

I want the no loss skill so that is in luminance....the PvE armor is in another order but is that stuff really that great for running around in...or should you just focus on your regular gear? I am on a PvE server and don't PvP that much....Does it work with TT boss/mobs and warsoul stuff?

Thanks for the feedback....I am currently trying to read up on this stuff...but any input would be appreciated.

Why bother with PVE-only armor when you can get armor that's good for both PVE and PVP?

Because there are those that don't pvp period.

If you PvP at all, including TW, do not get the morai armor. IT is very good armor (and btw works with any mob) but it is absolute garbage for PvP. This is because slaying and warding levels do not affect other players.


Slaying levels also do not affect heals whatsoever, so never use a morai weapon to heal. If you want to use the morai weapon for solo grinding, it is up to you and would help. But keep in mind that it is pretty expensive to do that just for grinding spiders. You'd probably be better upgrading some other gear with the money you'd save not getting and refining the weapon, but I can't say for sure without knowing anything else about your gear choices.


As for the badges, I personally used the 80% badge on the order I needed to reach 5k prestige. And would use the smallest for the order you need the least amount of prestige in. But that's just me.

Not really, but you can only have one badge for one order, so if you take the 80% for Luminance you wont be able to take 80% for the others orders.

As Venu said take the 80% for the order you need the highest prestige, but if in a order you want more than just the skill take the 20% or 50% cause even if you reach your prestige really fast you still need the influence.

Exemple: In luminance i wanted the skills and the all class pet, i took the 20% one, cause i needed around 1k influence for what i wanted so i wasn't in a hurry to get the prestige since i needed a lot of influences, in shroud i just want the skill so since i just need 675 influences i use the 50%, in corona i wanted 5k prestige so i used the 80%.

As Eoria said if you plan to TW or PvP (even not much) don't take morai gears cause they don't work in TW and PvP.

Technically speaking, if one would look on pwidatabase, they would see that G15 morai gear base atk/def are carbon copy of TT99 gear. If you cannot/never will afford for more and barely pvp...

The base defenses aren't what make it good, it's the warding/slaying levels.

The morai armor is as good as the TT99 armor? That doesn't seem bad...but maybe since I am new to L100 my standards are not as high....I think of TT99 as good armor:)

I want to be able to get shards, and maybe the unicorn...are they tradeable?

I think unicorn are untradable, but i'm not sure.

I was comparing stat for pvp for someone on a tight budget who do mainly 95-99% pve. Even then, I was too much in an hurry when I posted that and didn't double check on pwidatabase for armors. Their defense are actually between TT90 and TT99 and warding boost it all to nirvana-R9 level in pve. I said that because I had checked in the past the G15 morai magic sword compared with a TT99 magic sword....

In other word, you should play with pwicalc to see which you prefer for add-on when in one of those rare not-pve situation you were planning on. Morai G15 got less hp/vit add-on, but make up for it a lil better refine rate (which mean nothing at lower refine...). It also cheaper to re-roll 4 socket on morai G15 than adding socket on TT99 G12.

But since everything from order but the starting lv80 skills and exclusive shards are char-bound, morai G15 armor or weapon can be thrown out of the window if you're gearing more than 1 char who can use those.

It's comparable to nirvana/r9 in PVE. But don't use it in PVP. Unicorn isn't tradeable IIRC.

This too. But I would just recommend not getting it at all if you PVP. Because if you like it now in not so good gear, you'll probably like it more if you get gear that is good for both. Then you are going to want to TW and PVP. And then you'll find yourself with a REALLY expensive fashion set. Sure you won't have cheap nirvana/rank 9ish defenses on mobs, but you'll good defenses against both mobs and people. It's a tradeoff really.
