cant use tangling mire wit the range boost wth!!?

i can't use tangling mire after i got level 1 range thing skill, it is pure bs! now i can't do more damage because of the ****ing range is not enough to use tangling mire. real bull -.-

my archer is demon... but have no demon range boost with crit on it didn't get skill, it sucks.
