Hotkeys!

I'm on my mobile so I cant post my hotkeys atm, but I rotate the vertical bar with ~ the horizontal bar with tab and I autotarget with v. I've been doing it ever since hotkey edits came out. My veno/mystic pet skills are 6-10 on my number pad and genie skills are 1-5.

I think it feels much more convenient than using shortcut keys to change them around, although u actually needa click on the skills or w/e u put in the shortcut bar.....

On a cheerier note, I am the master of messy hotkeys. I roll through my fkeys, memories where everything is. 1-9 keys are laid out with actions, pots, buffs and stuns.b:surrender
One day, I intend to reorganise my ****ed up hotkeys (And I'll never get used to it.) b:cry

Oh, and to be on topic, my hot keys look very similar to your original set up, except completely opposite (which oddly seems appropriate).

I have attack keys on 1-9, ultimates on second row above 1-9 above skills of their corresponding elements (blade tempest above divine pyrogram, etc.) and fly, distance shrink, pots/apoth, etc on F1-F8. My attack skills are closer to the directional keys, and in TW i use those attack skills more than the "defensive stuff" like pots/apoth, distance shrink, etc.

And my shields are similarly placed as well, but I really don't put any shield on my button bar except stone barrier. How often do you use the other two really?

The only other thing i'd suggest if you have the room and have a dex genie, is to put the skills for spark sutra combo all in a row - makes it easier to just click down the line than hop from one end to the other of the hot keys all in 6 seconds.

Oh, and I put life reversion over my crab meat hot key with spatial reversion next to it, that way I don't hit the wrong one (too unobservant to notice the difference between the very similar appearing icons when the barbs health gets low).

I've actually gotten pretty used to them already. I still misclick a little still, but am able to at least pvp reasonably well now. The biggest one I keep missing is hitting d.pyro instead of wotp, but I'm sure a little time will fix that :P One other observation that I've made is that having badge on hotkeys is very useful.. especially against sins. I usually fly around on my fly mount randomly dropping if I know a sin is out there, and being able to badge off tele stun or occult before they can reach me + immo is really nice (having on hotkey means I can badge it off almost immediately, much faster reaction time). I did just learn arcane defense today though, so I'm not sure how that'll change the way I pvp/kite. If arcane defense can proc while I'm immo'd and dropping, maybe I'd be better off to save badge until arcane defense is on cd (I need to test that tonight! ).
