Archosaur server problems?

Hello , i try enter in pwi and it appears to me that archosaur , sanctuary , lost city and heaven tears server are without ping or population ( like maintenance nights) and the others server i can log in . On those 4 specific servers i can't . Can anyone help me with this problem? and yes i did try to update the patch and it say that is up to date.
