Changed the description of some skills to: The skill must hit before the effect is applied.

i just loved how they decreased ancestral rage cd from 5 to 1 cause I'LL SPAM DAT SHT MOTHAFCKAR... b:laugh

also untamed wrath isn't just a channeling cancel skill, now 1 more second makes the difference in a fight.

bloobbath decreased HP reduction.

true form cd reduced, not that greeeeaaaaattt but still better than that annoying delay to turn to normal form after devour.

sunder got increased atk, and for sage barbs faster heals over time.

garrote and firestorm still are pretty useless to me but anyway they got more dmg and decreased bleeding time

hope every1 enjoy those changes like i did, still can't believe we need to wait only 1 minute for another ancestral "HEADSHOT" rage. and lets hope the skills changes really come to pwi. b:dirty

I see they made bloorush hit a little more and peak out a little earlier (10atks instead of 15). Just wish theyd do something about the long cooldown and make it available in human form.

You sure the threat effect increase from HP is on devour and not fleshream? What a waste. Not like you can spam devour non-stop (esp if u demon, with 15secs duration, its a real chi waste). Id rather they had that bonus given to fleshream whihc really would be the spammable skill.

Liking the others, not so great tho, but meh, barbs can use any help that they get.

    Just my $0.02.

hmm bloodrush is able to use in human form... i think you meant able to be used in tiger form?

im not sure, i though that too, spam ddevour is like, throw all your chi away.. but it's a copy from the thread in general discussions, i didn't translated those skills, just brough here to other barbs take a look.

the others are cool too, the only ones that still are useless for me are firestorm and garroteb:surrender

I like most of the changes, but I worry about this part:

"The skill must hit before the effect is applied."

Thinking it's going to affect Demon Sunder and Onslaught, which is sad, though I guess you'd get the crit buff for a little bit more time after the skill...

Devour always had a threat level increase effect, so it probably really is Devour and not Fleshream.

It might mean that you only get the buff if you land a hit. Currently, if you miss with Demon Onslaught, you still gain the crit buff if I recall correctly. I don't think it's anything to worry about for now. b:surrender

You are correct, it still applies when you miss. I was just thinking about missing the targeted mob when using Sunder.. would that make you not get the crit buff? :s I guess there are easy ways around this against mobs... Mostly worried that to implement having to hit first would make the crit buff not apply to the skill itself, but hopefully you are right. :)

I think its primarily to reflect the changes they already made. Earlier, Im told u could cast onslaught and before it even finished casting switch back to claws and you would still have the crit buff. They changed that a while back, so maybe thats what its for.

Yeah, they probably just amped the devour threat level instead of adjusting the ream. Too bad really, since the demon devour pdef debuff lasts 15seconds. Now ud probably have to 'devour' every 5secs if you wanna keep aggro. But oh well. Somethings better than nothing.

I just wish theyd make the 'new' Morai skills castable in tigerform as well. b:begb:beg

    Barbies :

Stomp of the king: Modified text to say Generates Mass Thread.

What's this all about? Does it mean Stomp of the Beast King helps hold aggro? All I've ever seen that was good in this skill is the chance to gain chi

EDIT: OK I found this --

    Stomp of the King:

Description update to reflect threat gain.

    on this page -- http://www.perfectworld.com/news/?p=746891

Anyone actually see anything new while using this skill and where do I find this description in game? I looked for it but must have overlooked it.
I did not feel the treachery or inconstancy of a friend, nor the injuries of a secret or open enemy. I had no occasion of bribing, flattering, or pimping, to procure the favour of any great man, or of his minion; I wanted no fence against fraud or oppression: here was neither physician to destroy my body, nor lawyer to ruin my fortune; no informer to watch my words and actions, or forge accusations against me for hire: here were no gibers, censurers, backbiters, pickpockets, highwaymen, housebreakers, attorneys, bawds, buffoons, gamesters, politicians, wits, splenetics, tedious talkers, controvertists, ravishers, murderers, robbers, virtuosos; no leaders, or followers, of party and faction; no encouragers to vice, by seducement or examples; no dungeon, axes, gibbets, whipping-posts, or pillories; no cheating shopkeepers or mechanics; no pride, vanity, or affectation; no fops, bullies, drunkards, strolling prostitutes, or poxes; no ranting, lewd, expensive wives; no stupid, proud pedants; no importunate, overbearing, quarrelsome, noisy, roaring, empty, conceited, swearing companions; no scoundrels raised from the dust upon the merit of their vices, or nobility thrown into it on account of their virtues; no lords, fiddlers, judges, or dancing-masters.

'Stomp of the BEAST King' and 'Stomp of the King' are 2 different skills.

'Stomp of the BEAST King' is the human form basic skill that barbs get at lvl 1. There is no change to this skill.

'Stomp of the King' is the lvl 100 AEU Morai Skill which does frontal AOE damage and generates aggro/threat. They only change the description after the new expansion.
