how do i find community manager so i can pm

pwi customer service when i contacted them stated they have no authority over the forums and i need to contact a community manager

    All of frankies postings, have a subline at the bottom of his postings, like Shelly has here on hers "which includes a shortcut to a personal PMing post option, that you can use too type up & send too him personally"...b:thanks
