So for endgame is rank 9 best?... or what other g16 or s3 w/e i really have no idea on these armor/weapons...

Question is... What is best endgame build...?

    depends what you can afford/have time to farm.

    best would be full R9 Firmament.

    Depends on your budget. (These prices are based on approximation of our server's economy)

    ~10.5bil R9 S3

    ~2bil R9

    ~1bil G16 Nirvana (Also Very farmable so cost can be substantially cheaper)

    Less then that is R8 and Nirvana G15 Mix.
