Curious about Divine Comprehension and Firelotus weps

Both these weapons are very popular among seekers at their level and I'm a little curious as to why. DC doesn't seem all that great except for the HP regeneration proc and even that doesn't seem that great. Does this weapon aid in your soloing ability with the HP regen? Is it because you get 2 crit percentages and most of the dex needed for a third?


As to Firelotus its bound so its money gone once you move on to something better and all it has is the sac strike proc. Do seekers like this because it gives them a chance to punch above their weight in PVP/TW? Curios because I'm trying to figure out why people like it so much.

DC's popularity is probably for a large part due to its looks. The proc effect is only really a novelty unless you solo grind a lot.

Firelotus is indeed popular due to its SS proc. The next available weapons with it would be either G15 Nirvana, R8 Recast and R9, the former two of which even get it randomly on a stat roll.

I think mainly the DC's popularity is due to peepl who think that they hav to get fcc gold weps at 85 to keep up with other seekers their level, and because they hav too much money to sepnd b:chuckle, as far as i know, firelotus is a pretty gud wep to use till 100 if only because it has sac strike and adds hp (it also looks beast ijs), Firelotus is not greatly better than the tt90 green swords or the tt90 duals, and DC is in no way better than tt80 duals (recommended) so its all just hype as usual.
