Incorrect Username or Password

I am trying to log into my friend's account to do some video capturing (yes he gave me his username and pass and vice versa) but for some reason I can't log onto his account on my computer. It keeps giving me the message "Incorrect Username or Password" but my friend can log into his and my account fine on his computer. Is this a bug or something? Please help me! I'm trying to make a birthday present for him

Obviously he did because he's my boyfriend of 3 years and we rarely do so anyways. I'm simply just trying to make a video for him O-O

So... anyone able to help? No I'm not trying to steal his stuff or anything or do anything illegal -_- I asked him to reset his password twice and it still isn't working for me
