This topic has never been closed by us because it is an ongoing topic that has been posted on since 2009. We could easily have closed it and asked to make a new topic, but there is no reason to.

Now if you will, I am going to close this topic and unless you PM me in the future, topics continuously addressing me with your little attitude will be depth'd until you actually do.
