I need a little help here..!

Hello,
I am new to perfect world. As you can see I have just finished registering on this website. I have updated the patch and also successfully connected to the server for updating.

I tried playing the game on Lost City server. And I get the error "Unable to connect to server". So, I tried the other servers on the list like Archosaur,Sanctuary and all the others. But the errors are all the same,I am confident that my passwords and login ID are correct. So, how will I solve the problem,please help me..

EDIT : There are no pings in all the server. How will I solve this?

    My GF has the same problem, like 35% of the time she cannot access any server. The best we can do is close all other programs and try again. If that doesn't work, restart your computer and try again. And if thaaaat doesnt work, check your firewall settings and make sure you're running it on admin. Good luck. :)

    PS if this doesn't help, check Support. They usually know what to do in situations like this.

    Run the client as admin(rightclick it>Run as admin), check if your firewall/Antivirus is blocking it.
    You should also try and verfiy the files.
