    Illegal business, crime and military happened a lot longer than even video games existing TBH.
    I, II and III spark is the most cheesiest skill in PWI and it should be removed or massively nerfed.

    Anyway rest of is is complete BS. Despite you being able to get your coin sold, you'll have to sell it underpriced. Any crime organisations would back out of PWi due to the fact that they'd pretty fast end up losing a lot of time and money. Harshlands won't attract any of the 'worst possible' crimes because most criminals aren't stupid as **** and like to gain money, not lose it. b:chuckle
