Yes, I'm sure we've all seen - or at least heard of - the dreaded unexpected software error. This shows up as a window with a traffic light picture on the top left hand corner and follows the crashing of your game. With the two most recent updates, I have been receiving these errors A LOT for things such as, but not limited to: Teleporting to City of Raging Tides from any point in archosaur, flying over archosaur, flying over Raging Tides, and running through Raging Tides. To combat these errors, I have tried the following:

1) Re-downloading the game client
2) Running file verifications on both the launcher and the initial installation
3) Disabling my Anti-Virus protection

I have submitted dozens of reports on these errors, however nothing is being done. In fact, they have not even contacted me to say that they are looking into it. For a game that makes so much money...you would think they could hire decent player support. I know that not all players are currently experiencing this issue, but I know of more than one that is. If anyone has any other ideas to stop these annoying errors, please post it here. Thank you =)

    I just set my distance slider to the middle and it's been peachy ever since.
    On lower-end video cards, disabling the ground texture seems to help as well.

    i have actually had to turn ALL of my settings down except textures.

    i have an i7 2600k HT quad-core 4.8Ghz (8 cores basically) 16GB 1833Mhz ram and still lag drop fps with the settings down all the way like that.

    seriously, if you cant get a response from a ticket, that means they dont know what the problem is or its not affecting enough players for them to take time away from taking all week to change text files.
    I tried to add a signature here thats not even as big as some. but it kept resizing to make it illegible, so **** it

    Look try adding it to you Virus vault exceptions list, It's possible its jaming your game up making it crash.

    Or

    Try lowering textures and your settings in your game and try running it.

    but it looks like somethings jaming your game up.

    If you use AVG - go to Tools/Advanced Settings/ on the left side should be all thes options, look through till you see allow list/ Add what every you want from PWI, i added my Client to it and work perfectly fine now.
