serious lag right after 20:00 server time

Seriously WTF i've had this for some days already, ALWAYS at same time it starts to lag crazy. It can't be my PC, i repaired connection, resetted PC same thing.
Going from 300 ping before hyper reset time ( 20:00 server time) to 2-5k ping is stupid.
This never happened before last 2 months and i still have the same connection i did before.

ISO ideas or fix :/

    That happened to me for 4 days once @ 20:00+ too. It went away. b:laughb:laugh

    It's probably something happening on your network like a local system backup or something. It could even be an issue with your ISP.

    Post a traceroute of you connection when you're having the issue and I'm sure someone will be able to help.
