Reflection for Lv31+

Reflections can be used by players level 31 and above, but the quests they suggest are for Level 40+. Is the only way Level 31+ can get reflection stones is through the supply stash? Or has anyone found any quests that level 30s can do to get them.

    the Daily Roll Call that used to be done at Lv40. Is now available at Lv30 or 31.

    I just accidently checked with PW School Teacher and got the roll call quest and im Lv34. So it looks like it was lowered for Lv30s to get reflection shards.

    Well, I think it was lowered during the patch. I hadn't checked it with an alt in a looong time.

    Yep, I just got an attendance quest. It's true.

    <.< Neat, it must be a lvl 31 requirement. I remember checking there on my lvl30 alt and not having it available yet.
