my zhen that i m purchase lost

GM, i really need your help. why my zhen is still zero but i already buy it for 10k zhen.. i lost all zhen after i pay $100 for that zhen and not getting any of zhen to transfer it in pwi.. plss help me b:cry

    It can take time to be able to transfer to your account.

    I know you kids have really hard time with this, but have some patience.
    What kind of fool pays for a free game.

    1).Post your problem in the correct section
    The Cash Shop Huddle if you want someone from the billing team to see it and help you.

    2).Submit a Ticket To The Billing Support Team they will take care of it .

    I am guessing there is a delay if the payment is still undergoing transaction verification.
    Transaction verification usually takes more time if you use some certain methods of payment.


    Just wait for 24 hours, and if the ZEN is still not there, send a ticket to the billing department.
