Suggestion for LFS and damage color

1. In other unmentionable MMOs, there's a "looking for squad" panel where one can leave a message about what you want to join. People can see +/- 10 lvls and invite you from this panel that shows your class, level, name and a short message. For example, 20 different people are looking for BH or whatever, you could pm them from this panel and invite them to your squad and create a team of all the classes that you need. Of course knowing PWI, it could turn out to be a LFS stone you buy from the boutique, that lasts a week, but to improve the game play experience, would be cool/helpful if it were free. World chat only works if people are constantly reading it, whereas a panel like this could be a quick and easy way of getting something together quickly and efficiently.

2. Would be nice to see what type of damage a mob/boss/people do to you, denoted by color. Colors for each different mag attack and white or something for physical attacks. This would be especially helpful for AoE's.
