According to the link is it safe to assume that i can use just tienkages to make +1-7? with a highet success rate

    I think it's possible, i refined the weapon of a friend last weekend and got +6 with 102 mirages and 4 tisha stones, i didn't try higher cause the person wanted +5 and i tried +6 and got it.

    You can't be 100% sure as luck is still involved, but yeah, on average it is ^^ I've made all my gear +6 using Tienkangs to a much lower cost then using D.Orbs.. And btw, just got the Matchless Wings +8 with only 51 Tienkangs used ;o

    Edit, now i got +9 with 81 tienkangs xD so yeah, totaly possible :)

    I got all of my gear on 5 characters to +5-6 with mirages and Tisha stones only...also a lot of other gear for guild mates. Here's my method which has always turned out way cheaper than using D. Orbs...
    +1 Mirage
    +2 Mirage
    +3 Mirage
    +4 Tisha
    +5 Tisha
    +6 Tisha only if the Elder seems to be in a good mood (has been nice to you on your refines)
    +7? heh...you better be feeling damn lucky...or have a ton of spare stones/coin on hand

    I don't bother with Tienkang stones AT ALL. They're a waste from my experience. In other words...if the refine was gonna fail, it'll still fail while using Tienkang.

    So why do I use Tisha stones? I've had far more successful refines with those vs Tienkang. It's also important to note, you have a far better chance of refining +5 from +4 or even +3 vs +5 from +0!

    Just remember the difference between possible and probable, know your supply limitations, and try not to overstep you bounds.
