so Im in Tempest on dreamweaver, our base is lvl'ed to 22. all the info on wiki for tech points is wrong. we got 0 tech points for lvling to 21 and for lvl 22 we only got 3 points. is there anyone on another server who has the correct info for tech points. im looking towards Astelle's faction for help here i think.
