Melee Interruption

I've been playing my seeker a lot lately and I always wondered why melee can get interrupted while using a skill. Was it always like this or did they add it in? It's kind of annoying specially on long cast abilities like Gemini slash when fighting more than one enemy.

    Monsters can interrupt the channeling during casting since 4 years ago, but I think the chance to get interrupted is more frequent now, or maybe, I'm just having a bad luck in casting skills because I get interrupted more often now b:chuckle

    Weird whenever a seeker is using Gemini and I stun sleep or silence it always goes through

    My main is archer Seeker is the first real melee I ever played so I had no idea melee could get interrupted like a caster.

    Well I'm only lvl 55 so maybe at higher lvl's you don't get interrupted as much? I hope so it's annoying as hell at my lvl.
