you dont have permission to view the launcher?

i get the titular error and then it says the shortcut isnt working after then install, what gives?

    You might need to install Direct X as I believe it's a requirement to have in order to play now. If you do have it, then try restarting your computer. That's all I can think of at the moment.

    Yea, try KingCrash's suggestion to install Direct X or update it.


    If it still doesn't work, try to redownload and reinstall.
    Make sure you delete the PWI folder entirely before reinstalling.
